For city trips within Germany

I handle my own transport and accommodation. Nothing is added to your rate. A deposit secures the date; the balance settles on arrival. Simple as that.

For European destinations

Flight and hotel are at cost, added transparently on top of the rate. I send the actual receipts. I do not mark up travel. The deposit covers the full travel cost plus a third of the rate so I can commit to the ticket.

For longer trips and beyond Europe

Business class on flights over four hours. Everything else at cost plus receipts. We plan together so there are no surprises either way. Reach out before you book the hotel.
